That&#8217;s what I noted in the last post, dated May 12, 2017: \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/georgiawasp.com\/?p=5410\">From 11\/8\/16: \u201cHe\u2019ll be impeached within two years<\/a>:&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8230;aside from a \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/georgiawasp.com\/?p=6116\">pain in the back<\/a>,\u201d I\u2019ve undergone some other\u00a0<a class=\"find\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Stress_(psychological)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">big \u00a0life events<\/a>\u00a0including but not limited to a[n <strong>eye] surgery<\/strong>\u00a0&#8230;\u00a0to have a lens put back in one eye [as shown a[bove] right]&#8230; \u00a0But now things have calmed down a bit, even if only in my own life. Which means I can get back to\u00a0<a class=\"find\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">blogging<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Unfortunately, it still hasn&#8217;t been easy. \u00a0One big reason is my recent life events &#8211; &#8220;including but not limited to&#8221; &#8211; included the long, drawn-out process of first <a class=\"find\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wikihow.com\/Buy-a-House\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">Buying a House<\/a>, then moving out of my old, tiny one-bedroom apartment, and third moving my accumulated junk into a new and relatively-expansive private home.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">So now I&#8217;m part of the <a class=\"find\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Landed_gentry\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">landed gentry<\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">But as I also discovered, this process continues &#8220;even to this day.&#8221; \u00a0Which means that while I&#8217;ve moved all my accumulated belongings into the new house, much of that &#8220;stuff&#8221; remains in boxes or big piles scattered mostly in the farther-back rooms. \u00a0But now I have time&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><em>So anyway,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to get back in the swing of things, I came up with the idea of looking back at what I was doing about \u00a0this time last year. \u00a0That led me to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/georgiawasp.com\/?p=4218\" rel=\"bookmark\">\u201cThere he goes again<\/a>,&#8221; from May 30, 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Since then the phrase<strong><em> &#8220;there he goes again&#8221;<\/em> <\/strong>has taken on a whole new meaning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/en\/4\/46\/SwampWaterPoster.jpg\" alt=\"SwampWaterPoster.jpg\" width=\"166\" height=\"250\" \/>Last year&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/georgiawasp.com\/?p=4218\" rel=\"bookmark\">\u201cThere he goes again<\/a>&#8221; was about my projected June 2016 kayaking trip deep into the <a class=\"find\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Okefenokee_Swamp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">Okefenokee Swamp<\/a>. \u00a0This was to be my second overnight-camping trek into the swamp, which &#8220;despite it\u2019s fearsome reputation \u2013 as illustrated by the lurid movie poster at right &#8230;\u00a0is quite peaceful.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It turned out to be quite an exciting\u00a0second trip into the <a class=\"find\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Okefenokee_Swamp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">Okefenokee<\/a>. \u00a0Among other things I saw some fifty alligators during the first hour of paddling. <em>\u00a0(Then I stopped counting.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>And I camped at the\u00a0<a class=\"find\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-YDFr-lH_Ok\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">CANAL RUN shelter<\/a>, &#8220;some nine miles in from the Foster State Park launch site.&#8221; \u00a0 And <em>\u00a0(Complete with its own in-house resident gator.) \u00a0<\/em>Third, because it was so early in the season the canoe-only trails were much vegetated-over. \u00a0Which meant that many times I had to &#8220;butt-scootch&#8221; my kayak over a barely-sunken log, and sometimes had to stick my hand out, grab another log and finish pulling the kayak only. \u00a0The<strong><em> last<\/em> <\/strong>time I reached my left hand out I saw a patch of white.<\/p>\n<p>It turned out to be yet another gator &#8211; though rather smaller than the one shown at the top of the page &#8211; and &#8220;smiling&#8221; nicely at what he no doubt thought was a tasty new snack.<\/p>\n<p>But now back to that phrase<strong><em>\u00a0\u201cthere he goes again\u201d<\/em><\/strong> having taken on a whole new meaning.<\/p>\n<p>On a hunch &#8211; in writing up this post &#8211; I\u00a0<a class=\"find\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Google_(verb)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">Googled<\/a>\u00a0&#8220;trump &#8216;there he goes again'&#8221; and got 4,200,000 results. \u00a0Of those 4,200,000 posts, many seem to have been dated before the election. \u00a0See for example\u00a0<a class=\"find\" href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/peggy-drexler\/donald-trump-there-he-goe_b_7829402.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">Donald Trump: There He Goes Again | HuffPost<\/a>: \u00a0From July 19, 2016, Trump was quoted as saying that\u00a0<a class=\"find\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/John_McCain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">John McCain<\/a>\u00a0&#8220;is no war hero &#8230; because he was captured.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/thumb\/a\/a2\/John_McCain%27s_Flight_Suit_and_gear_on_display_at_the_Hanoi_Hilton_-_December_2006.JPG\/800px-John_McCain%27s_Flight_Suit_and_gear_on_display_at_the_Hanoi_Hilton_-_December_2006.JPG\" width=\"184\" height=\"246\" \/>(For an alternate view see\u00a0<a class=\"find\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/pictures\/john-mccain\/9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">Torture &#8211; Hoa Lo Prison<\/a>.&#8221;)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>More recently, from April 5, 2017, there was\u00a0<a class=\"find\" href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/entry\/there-he-goes-again-on-nafta-trump-fails-to-live-up-to-what-he-says-and-american-workers-will-pay-for-it_us_58e54fdee4b06a4cb30ed5fe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">There He Goes Again: \u00a0On NAFTA Trump Fails To Live Up To What He Says, And American Workers Will Pay For It<\/a>. \u00a0The post &#8211; written by &#8220;Chuck Jones, President, United Steelworkers Local 1999&#8221; &#8211; noted a local plant shutdown that had &#8220;outraged&#8221; Trump on the campaign trail, but not a bit since he&#8217;s taken office:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>President-Elect Donald Trump tweeted his outrage when the shutdown was announced. \u00a0But President Trump hasn\u2019t said a thing since&#8230; \u00a0I could see it coming back in February when, speaking about what he had been calling the U.S.\u2019s \u201cworst trade deal ever,\u201d and a \u201cdisaster,&#8221; he said NAFTA just needed \u201ctweaking.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"content-list-component bn-content-list-text text\" data-beacon=\"{&quot;p&quot;:{&quot;mnid&quot;:&quot;citation&quot;}}\" data-beacon-parsed=\"true\">\n<p><em>(Jones was referring to the\u00a0<a class=\"find\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/NAFTA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">North American Free Trade Agreement<\/a>. \u00a0See the notes for more.) \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>And finally, there was this from May 5, 2017: \u00a0<a class=\"find\" href=\"http:\/\/theresurgent.com\/there-he-goes-again-trump-praises-single-payer-healthcare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"f:url noopener\">There He Goes Again\u2026 Trump Praises Single Payer Healthcare<\/a>. \u00a0It seems that shortly after celebrating &#8220;the 1\/3 passage of the American Healthcare Act&#8221; &#8211; <strong><em>1\/3<\/em> <\/strong>because it only passed the House and not the Senate, nor was it signed into law by the President &#8211; Donald Trump &#8220;sat with Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buzzfeed.com\/claudiakoerner\/president-trump-praised-australias-nationalized-health-care\">and praised their country\u2019s single payer healthcare system<\/a>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The conservative-bent writer went into detail about the problems confronting what he thought would be\u00a0<strong><em>positive<\/em><\/strong> change to our health-care system. \u00a0He also said Trump&#8217;s &#8220;public\u00a0concession that single payer healthcare is better than our own is going to do more\u00a0to\u00a0damage our effort than\u00a0Obamacare\u2019s failure.&#8221; \u00a0<em>(And he noted among other things that Trump&#8217;s &#8220;misspeaks&#8221; prompted\u00a0Senator Bernie Sanders to burst into laughter and promise &#8220;to quote the president on the floor of the Senate when they debate their own version of the bill,&#8221; with video.) <\/em><\/p>\n<p>The article then concluded:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8220;&#8230;<strong><em>we need the president to just stop talking. For the love of God, just smile and wave. Please?&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Which <strong><em>would<\/em><\/strong> be a nice change, and brings us back to the photo at the top of the page.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, maybe it&#8217;s time <strong><em>for me<\/em><\/strong> to go back &#8220;back in to the swamp,&#8221;
